What products do you sell?

There is nothing wrong with flexing your plan as you go along but starting with a clear idea of what you’re selling and who wants to buy it, is a great way to get going. A simple approach can be best. 

Do you ship or deliver? 

Think about how your customers will receive the items. Are you shipping worldwide or only in your own country? If you’re delivering, what’s your defined delivery area?

Do you offer pickups?

Some customers like the flexibility of collecting items themselves after paying online. Is this something your business can offer?

How do you accept payments? 

There are many options for payment. What methods do you offer? As your business grows you may be able to increase these options. 

How big is the business? (Revenue) 

Knowing your figures is important for growth. It’s that simple. It’s best to keep a clear and realistic picture of your business turnover and profit at every step of the way. 

Do you have your domain? 

Get your domain and get it in your name and registered to you. This will make things much smoother as you grow. 

Have you registered your social media accounts under your name? 

For the sake of consistency and continuity, it’s best if all your accounts on Social media reflect the same brand, voice and names as each other. This will give customers confidence that they are dealing with the same reliable people at every stage.
